Job Summary:
- Achieve sales targets for IE & MS through effective management of Sales Teams and function.

Job Profile / Responsibilities:
- Sales director in charge of all sales activities and personnel for the Managed Services and Interactive Entertainment lines of business.
- Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales function, while maintaining focus on the companys strategic goals
- Responsible for creation, implementation and maintenance of all Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)
- Oversee all hiring, training and development of Sales team
- Establish performance goals for sales department employees, monitor performance on a continual basis
- Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential and pipeline accuracy
- Set sales strategy for Company in conjunction with a thorough understanding of the market, trends and key external influences
- Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the Company
- Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company
- Demonstrate ability when necessary to have difficult conversations with clients (i.e. putting company position first).
- Demonstrate a problem solving- solution oriented approach.
- Coordinate sales operations with all other departments of the Company as needed, especially the Sales Support Group (SSG) located in India.
- Senior responsibility for accounts receivables, monitor A/R aging on a proactive basis in conjunction with Finance .
- Develop and maintain Sales budget and expense projections.
- Adhere to budget by managing travel, sales and account management expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a business related field, MBA highly desirable.
- Minimum 10 years experience in a sales management with experience selling to C levels.
- Experience in BPO industry with proven track record of success selling services versus products.
- Strong rolodex of contacts.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency with various software applications including Microsoft Office and sales management software such as Zoho.
- Ability to work independently without significant supervision.
- Ability to be constructively demanding within the organization to meet customer needs.
- Ability to travel on a regular basis as needed.
