In order to reach our goals, we?re looking to hire a Regional Sales Director. The Regional Sales Director will be an integral part of LivingSocial?s team, managing several markets and sales team members to maximize revenue.

Lead a team of Regional Sales Managers to drive activities of sales team members (Marketing Consultants) within assigned region to ensure that company goals are exceeded in a fast paced environment
Coach and mentor Regional Sales Managers to develop their leadership skills and product knowledge, and development of salespeople in their markets
Develop and implement business plan to meet signed merchant and net revenue goals, and implement new initiatives successfully in the region
Identify opportunities for growth and market development
Provide feedback to sales management and support groups to refine programs and processes
Develop and maintain strong partnerships cross-functionally and with peers to share best practices
Bachelor?s Degree in Business or related field, plus 5+ years of experience managing sales teams selling to small businesses in a high activity role
Knowledge and ability to implement successful sales plans by owning and exceeding sales targets through sales team management
Knowledge and ability to implement successful sales plans
Involved management of sales managers and strong oversight of broader sales team
Have necessary software knowledge
Top-notch communication and presentation skills
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, creative, flexible and adaptable to new situations
Strategic and creative thinker in a fast-paced environment
Ability to prioritize and work productivity to meet deadlines
