Sales Director - West Enkata Technologies
Position Overview:
The Sales Director's primary responsibilities will be to acquire new clients through prospecting and taking personal responsibility to develop pipeline. You will be required to prospect, have strong persuasive presentation skills, business value/ solution-selling skills and effectively work within a team environment with your Sales Development Representative and Solutions Engineer to ensure prospects turn into actual customers.
Responsibilities:
Develop and actively pursue list of targeted Key Accounts and create individual plans of action to penetrate these accounts
Spend a significant amount of time each week prospecting new customers and building pipeline
Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales objectives
Accurately forecast sales opportunities via Salesforce.com
Monitor and report sales activities within Salesforce.com
Become highly knowledgable of the Enkata solutions and the associated business benefit and value
Ensure customer issues are acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner
Required Skill Sets:
Experience selling into large Enterprise companies at the Executive level
Track record of consistently exceeding annual quota
Proven track record working within a small dynamic privately held software company
Proven new business sales skills
Outstanding prospecting, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
Experience selling subscription based SaaS software
Understanding of Call Center Operations and Back Office functions
8-10+ years of Enterprise software sales experience selling $500k and above deals
Bachelor?s degree required
Extensive travel required
