Sales Enablement Engineer CallMiner
CallMiner is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fulfill the role of Sales Enablement Engineer. This position will be part of the Technology Services team, and work closely with the Sales and Product teams to facilitate technical aspects of sales support, design and implement demonstration systems, and assist in general tasks required by the sales team to assist in pre-sale efforts.
Work closely with Solutions Architects to deliver client-centric demonstrations of the product
Manage the technical infrastructure driving sales processes
Work with sales and product teams to design and implement vertical-focused demos of the product
Interact with prospect IT departments on extraction and processing of data
Deliver custom requests from sales in support of specific accounts
Provide technical knowledge for RFPs and RFIs
Minimum Bachelor?s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or proven equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in a technical capacity
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, inter-personal), with ability to interact with prospective customers
Good work ethic; Highly motivated; able to put in extra effort when needed
Ability to find creative solutions to issues
Experience in providing technical documentation
Basic Windows Server 2003 and 2008 OS installation, customization, configuration, and troubleshooting
Internet Information Services configuration and troubleshooting
Understanding of Windows domain security and authentication (Kerberos Delegation knowledge is a plus)
SQL Server 2005 and 2008 basic administration and usage, including queries, stored procedures, and SQL jobs. Database optimization skills a plus.
Other Skills (Beneficial)
Advanced knowledge of PC architecture including specification, installation, configuration, and support of both x86-based and x64-based hardware.
Experience with VMWare implementation and management
Experience with the call center industry
