Essential Job Description:
The Sales Enablement Manager is a high impact member of the sales team that defines, implements, and executes Line 6?s field programs and promotional initiatives designed to help accelerate sell through. This position is responsible for working with sales leadership to define initiatives and activities that motivate the channel to sell Line 6 products, create demand within the end user community, and to develop and implement sales programs that drive revenue and brand awareness. The Sales Enablement Manager reports into the Vice President of Sales Enablement and acts as a strategic liaison between the marketing organization and sales in order to streamline communication, enhance collaboration, and optimize execution.
Develop, implement, and execute channel and field programs/ promotional initiatives, programs, communications to support the sales team to achieve the desired revenue and business objectives
Provide guidance to sales and marketing leadership on how best to maximize and localize sales promotions and marketing initiatives for their region and maximize the effectiveness of lead gen programs
Communicate and educate the regional sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, and local programs
Proactively engage with the direct, and when appropriate, our channel partner sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of all Line 6 sales programs and marketing activities
Establish field program goals and objectives and be responsible for creating an ongoing schedule of activities and events that create end-user demand for Line 6 products ? webinars, clinics, demo days, etc.
Advise sales team on how to leverage and maximize Line 6 corporate marketing initiatives ? i.e. electronic and direct mail campaigns, regional events, webinars, etc.
Work closely with local channel partners and regional sales managers to support local shows with event materials, presentations, and content
Work with channel marketing and regional sales managers to determine the most effective use of allocated sales program and marketing budget
Develop program effectiveness measurement process for all activities with monthly and quarterly roll up
Proven ability to build relationships with sales managers and demonstrate success in partnering with sales organizations to generate demand and achieve sales goals
Strong understanding of the market in which Line 6 conducts business and the challenges our sales team and our channel partners face selling and marketing our products in their respective regions of coverage
Experience working with multiple territories, multiple priorities, and in a fast-paced environment with minimal resources
Experience and/or working knowledge of the MI industry and music technology
Ability to create strong field programs and promotional strategies and execute tactical plans to support revenue attainment goals
Proficiency in the use of email, with strong written and verbal communications skills.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) to generate Sales Enablement collateral
