Sales Enablement Manager Centrify
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Sales Enablement Manager is accountable for giving new hires, existing sales staff and partners the tools and skills necessary to increase sales productivity through shorter timelines to first deals, larger annual revenue numbers and overall revenue growth. This position will report to the Vice President Technical Services and will work with Centrify?s Sales Management, Sales Reps, Sales Engineering and Partner teams to determine where the sales team and Partners need to be from knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully position the Centrify product line and conduct the appropriate activities in the sales cycle in today?s competitive market. This is a critical position with the primary goal of the successful development, implementation and monitoring of enablement programs. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to gain deep knowledge and understanding of the sales organizations they support, Centrify products and their target markets served.
Improve time to field readiness while reducing time to revenue through the execution of our sales enablement programs, specifically those associated with our new hire on-boarding process and program.
Leverage Product Marketing, Field Marketing and Technology Partners to develop and launch sales enablement programs.
Insure skills, knowledge and sales readiness of sales organization.
Working in partnership with the Company?s channel personnel to define and implement a Partner certification program that is scalable and measurable.
Create and manage sales enablement tools and enablement materials that support the sales force in their revenue generating efforts.
Ownership, training and support of the company?s Return On Investment and Business Justification Tools.
Be the project manager, content generator and trainer for the ?Challenger Model? with Centrify?s sales force.
Identify and spotlight repeatable best practices for rapid dissemination across the field.
Manage the sales enablement curriculum utilizing Centrify?s Learning Management System (LMS), Litmos.
Produce quarterly sales, technical sales and partner product update training, measurement of that training and reporting of results to executive management.
Assist in developing and maintaining a high state of team morale.
Create a sales and channel enablement program framework and drive adoption throughout the organization.
Provide company positioning messaging feedback and drive ongoing refinement of the company?s value proposition to the customer base.

Outstanding intellect, drive and interpersonal skills are paramount; exceptional strategic thinker and analytical skills; ability to address cross-functional and cross-organizational issues independently; proven track record of high-impact success; high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic required to drive business outcomes. Ability to find needs, design enablement solutions and deliver solutions to sales team with credibility and impact.
Understanding of how software technology is used to solve business problems, with domain expertise in at least 1 or 2 industries (e.g., software, services, wholesale/distribution, etc.).
Excellent presentation and communications skills; ability to assimilate complex concepts and clearly articulate business value.
Ability to have high-level discussions with sales management to determine business drivers, needs to accomplish needs and how enablement programs can assist in achieving these needs.
5+ years of training experience.
General knowledge of sales effectiveness tools in the industry.
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and interest in creating new enablement tools/programs and uncovering untapped enablement potential.
Review details and major phases of recommendations. Consults with other people, evaluates their opinions, views and judgments and examines costs/benefits. Accepts, declines or directs the re-shaping of recommendations. Presents final recommendations/business cases to senior management.
Manages a broadly defined project, involving people or other resources from multiple sites and multiple, unrelated disciplines.
5-8 years in high tech company.
Bachelors Degree or similar experience.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills?written, verbal & stand-and-deliver presentation skills.
Work experience in or with direct sales, pre-sales and/or enablement in an enterprise software and/or SaaS environment.
Demonstrated ability to be a ?jack-of-all-trades?, working in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles & responsibilities.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated ability to work comfortably and effectively with multiple levels of management.
Willing to travel as required.
Previous experience with Centrify products is a plus.
