Sales Enablement Marketing Manager Alteryx

1) blend and enrich data (structured and unstructured) from a range of sources;
2) analyze all of the data by performing advanced analytics such as predictive, spatial and statistical analytics; and
3) share analytic applications with end users and decision makers.
The Sales Enablement Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving one of the most important programs within the Alteryx Marketing Department ? the program to create sales tools, content, and training that will ensure Alteryx sales people can successfully identify, develop, and close opportunities. Alteryx has invested heavily in a new sales model and will be hiring many new sales people, so this role will ensure that this investment delivers on our growth goals
This role will work closely with the sales and marketing leadership, as well as Product Marketing, to develop and execute a complete enablement program including regular training, sharing of best practices, and set piece events such as new hire sales boot camps or sales kickoff. The role can be based in our San Mateo or Irvine offices but remote candidates will be considered. Develop, execute and measure the performance of, an ongoing sales enablement program for each of Alteryx sales channels including field sales, inside sales and partners
Ensure each sales force is able to consume, understand and utilize sales ready messaging from marketing campaigns to ensure successful lead follow up
Create content and tools that sales people will use to develop and close deals
Act as an advocate and liaison for sales people into the marketing organization
Create and maintain a library of sales tools (call scripts, email templates, demos and presentations)
Highly motivated marketer with a passion for working with sales leadership
Analytical thinking with a proven track record of delivering results
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and dynamic working environment
Ability to build excellent rapport with internal and external teams; must be a team player and a great communicator.
Minimum 5+ years experience in high tech marketing with a focus on sales enablement or product marketing
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent required, MBA a plus
