The company is looking for a Sales Engineering Associate with great technical and communication skills to work with Sales and Strategic Alliances from the pre-sales cycle through closing, integration and launch of mobile Demand Partners like Ad Networks and DSPs.
The Sales Engineer Associate will be responsible for resolving Publisher & Demand Partner related questions and technical issues by working closely with Engineering, AdOps and Product Management.
Responsibilities:
Provide pre and post sales support to App Developer, Mobile Publisher, Ad Network and DSP Partners by facilitating the resolution of technical issues by coordinating communication and issue resolution with Engineering, AdOps and Product Management
QUALIFICATIONS
BS Degree, Computer based Technical Discipline (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field) would be preferred
Have a great ability to comprehend new technical terms and apply them in problem solving
General business and sales acumen
General experience with the mobile platforms: iPhone/iPad, Blackberry, Android, Windows Mobile
Experience working with server and networking protocols (HTTP POST, HTTP GET, SOAP)
Basic understanding of JSON, JavaScript, Linux Scripting, grep, egrep
Experience and understanding of ad servers is a plus
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and comfortable working with a German technical team
Hands-on mentality and able to communicate fluently in English in both verbal and written communication is a MUST!
