SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Sales Engineers are the primary technical resource for the field sales force. Sales Engineers are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
?B.E in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience.

?Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
?Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
?Must have a strong background in design/development of large internet or client server systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure.
?Good knowledge of OOAD, database designing and SDLC.
?Working knowledge of salesforce.com configuration, platform and applications is highly desirable.
?Previous experience in implementing technologies like: VB.NT, C#, ASP, ASP.NET, XML, XSL, Web services and SOAP, SQL server, Oracle. Enterprise architectures (.NET) is critical.
?Exposure to ADSI, MS commerce server, MS Biztalk server is highly desirable.
?Past work experience at a leading professional services firm with exposure to US work culture and distributed project delivery (US, India, Europe).
?Self motivated, punctual and a natural leader that flourishes in small environments
--Willingness to accommodate heavy travel 50-70% of the time.
