innoPath has developed an OMA-DM/FOTA client which is licensed to leading device manufactures globally. We also provide the OEMs with a SaaS service to update these devices globally. When our customers sell their devices to specific carriers we enable them by providing compliance to carrier specific device requirements. By leveraging over-the-air (OTA) technology, mobileUpdate is used to push firmware and software updates directly to subscribers' devices. innoPath's SaaS solutions are turnkey, provided as hosted and secure services.

This role requires a self-starter who works well both independently and with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge mobile device management services to carriers and device manufacturers around the world.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-- Participate in pre/post sales activities, functioning as a technical expert on InnoPath products and services, use cases, business cases, and success stories, etc.
-- Achieve and surpass sales objectives, and work with others to ensure successful implementation of innoPath's software service.
-- Meet with carriers globally to understand their device requirements related to device management and transfer this information to product management and engineering.
-- Lead Proof of Concepts and customized demonstrations with customers.
-- Understand customer goals and challenges and establish InnoPath Software's product as the best solution available.
-- Take a leading role in directing and authoring RFX responses.
-- Build and presenting customized demonstrations/trainings for customers.
-- Present innoPath Software technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the client and server platform.
-- Active participation in sales presentations and general architecture discussions.
-- Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
-- Prior experience as a Sales Engineer or Solutions Architect, and recent sales experience in the cellular device environment.
-- Familiarity with software applications/platforms used by carriers. Experience with wireless devices such as SmartPhones is desired.
-- Understanding of mobile market trends and passion for mobility space.
-- Ability to work as part of a team to solve business and technical problems in varied environments.
-- Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
-- Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment.
-- Experience with SaaS sales or consulting.
-- Experience with Android OS and iOS.
-- Experience with OTA device management
-- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
