Box is looking for a Sales Engineer with 5+ years of proven success. You will be supporting the Enterprise East Sales Team in selling to business leaders in every space and vertical. You possess exceptional knowledge of the content management space, exemplary presentation skills and strong team values. You will be pulled into demos and discussions, and will work with RFPs and Security Audits. In addidition, you will assess, document and monitor Sales requests into the Product Management, Platform and Engineering functions at Box. As a Sales Engineer for the Enterprise Team, you have exceptional knowledge of the security and API feature of Box, and are capable of communicating the details to potential prospects and existing clients. You will work alongside reps to nurture opportunities, and follow through to ensure the product is ready for cross company deployments. Responsibilities:
Join technically-oriented calls and conversations with prospects and clients, evangelize Box
Spearhead RFP and Security Questionnaire completion
Collect, spec, and manage product and engineering requests from Sales Team
Assist with and advise on integration implementations, including Salesforce, Google Marketplace, and custom client integrations
Rapidly learn Cloud Content Management, Enterprise 2.0 and the Box model
Join prospect demos with Sales Reps and provide technical training from time to time
Ability to effectively develop a new hire sales/client services product training process and standardize the Box product demo approach
Ensure 100% satisfaction with all customers
Prioritize opportunities and applying appropriate resources
Qualifications:
4-year technical degree required
Obvious passion and people skills
Prior successful5+ years of sales engineering experience, ideally with a SaaS and/or ECM experiencefocus
Consistent over-achievement in past experiences
Technically adept, experienced with web technologies
We are looking for self-starters who have a track record of proven Sales Engineering impact with 5 or more years of experience. We will offer a base pay + commission structure and travel will generally not be required but is certainly feasible for the right deals.
