Summary of Key Responsibilities:
? Maintains technical and market understanding of AVST products
? Performs pre-sale telephone support of company products
? Performs current product demonstrations
? Assists sales with RFP responses
? Provides sales and product training to AVST resellers
? Presents technical advantages directly to end-user prospects
? Conducts application needs discovery with end-user prospects
? Manages pre-sales projects resolving technical issues
? Assists sales with product configuration assistance
? Light travel required
Technical and Functional Skills Required:
? Minimum of 2 years of technical sales support experience
? Understanding of data networking and Windows Server operating systems
? Microsoft ExchangeOCSLyncActive Directory knowledge
? Ability to present technical concepts in a clear manner
? Proficient with all Microsoft office programs
? Some understanding of basic telephony, VoIP and PBX systems a plus
