DescriptionProvide technical sales support, network design and drawings, including; network design of complex orders (including MPLS, Carrier Ethernet), working closely with Business Analysts to detail accurate price quotes, assisting in upgrading complex existing customer networks, participating in project management meetings, acting as technical liaison with corporate engineering. Communicate the elements of network design to various groups to assure proper implementation. Provide advanced training for multiple departments. Interact with and support Integra authorized channel partners.Requirements
Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in the area of information technology, specifically with WAN data systems (Cisco & Adtran routers, DS1, DS3, native Ethernet, and SONET transport, and WAN topologies), voice services (PBX systems (in general), trunking, analog services) and LAN services (Ethernet, topology, protocols, wiring). Experience with Internet services, Virtual Private Networks, VoIP, BGP and MPLS. CCNA/DA helpful.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Administration or the equivalent in training and experience. Demonstrated project management, teamwork and organizational skills. Requires detail orientation and effective verbal and written communication skills. Must be able and willing to think on your feet and complete projects with minimal supervision. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Visio software products.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Telecommunications industry experience required.
