Sales Engineer, Midwest Region CiDRA
Position Summary:
Sales Engineer with responsibility for design and sale of CiDRA Chemical Management?s offering for the Food & Beverage and Ethanol Markets in the Midwest Region.
Territory Description:
Primary focus is the chemical management process in the Food & Beverage and Ethanol Markets
Other Industrial Accounts as needed
Primary work location is the Midwest Region
In addition: travel throughout the US will be required at times to provide Technical support for other Team opportunities
Education/Skills:
Four year Engineering or Technical Degree
5 years industry sales experience or plant engineering
Prefer Industry experience in the chemical management process in the Food & Beverage/Ethanol Market/Fermentation Process
Excellent Sales Skills (verbal and written communications), an outgoing personality, interest in being a team player, and a strong desire to build a business
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Support current and new account generation that expands CiDRA?s sales and branding
Possess high energy and the drive to succeed
Possess a self starting, entrepreneurial work ethic
Motivated to apply engineering skills to expand sales and branding of disruptive technologies
Possess strong technical skills to apply leading technologies in highly complex sales situations
Interest in and desire to develop control strategies for complex processes
Develop and maintain high-level customer relationships, understanding their competitive strategies and issues
Position requires ability to provide value added service in partnership with the customer?s engineering staff
Available to be on call 24/7 to address customer problems
Desire to build capability to: motivate customers to change buying behavior to new solutions, articulate and deliver high level customer presentations and solution demonstrations, draft, create and review technical proposals and specifications, and implement sales and marketing strategies
