Sales Engineer Crisp Media

Crisp Media is looking to hire a motivated Sales Engineer that will be an expert on our Crisp Engage platform for building, managing and measuring Rich Media ads for mobile and tablet devices. The Sales Engineer will be the primary technical resource for platform clients and prospects. The Sales Engineer will also work on partner certifications and integrations. This person will work closely with our Product Development, Sales, Account Management and Business Development teams and will be responsible for demonstrating and communicating platform capabilities, conducting platform training sessions, and on-boarding new clients including publishers, creative agencies, and media agencies. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for identifying technical issues and must communicate clearly to clients and our internal teams throughout the on-boarding and operational process while providing the highest level of service.
Responsibilities:
Develop and conduct product demonstrations for both business and technical users
Conduct regular training sessions and address technical questions
Communicate product enhancements and roadmaps, and educate on best practices
Gather and compile user feedback and work with internal teams to help drive enhancement and growth of the platform
Identify and execute technical requirements for on-boarding process
Requirements:
2-4 years as a Sales Engineer
Knowledge of Rich Media and Mobile advertising
Experience with HTML5 and JavaScript
Excellent communication skills and comfort in presenting and working with all levels of personnel
Extremely organized and detail-oriented, with proven experience in managing multiple projects in fast paced environment
Working knowledge of design software including Photoshop
