Sales Engineer Five9

Five9 is looking for a Sales Engineering/Sales Consultant to assist the inside sales organization with prospective client's contact center technical questions, design, and demonstration.

Responsibilities:

Daily product demonstrations /webinars (webex)
Technical overview conference calls
Private customer demos over the web
Responsible for designing, building and supporting proof-of-concept solutions that enable customers to test drive our Virtual Call Center application. ? Trials.


Desired Skills & Experience:

Presentation skills are critical extensive presentation experience (web based)
Ability to deliver demos and presentations that close deals.
Prefer several years? sales engineering background in one or more of the following areas:
Contact / Call Center Software
CRM
IVR
IP Telephony (basic networking knowledge assumed).
Knowledge of salesforce.com and experienced in delivering a web demonstration with salesforce.com?s CRM application integrated with another software application.
