Sales Engineer - West Enkata Technologies
Sales Engineers are responsible for managing the technical and product functional requirements related to the sales process working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for Enkata?s products.
Main responsibilities include developing and delivering product demonstrations. Also, the ability to uncover the prospective customer?s business requirements and map these to the Enkata products is a key requirement.
Responsibilities:
Developing and delivering product and technical demonstrations
Responding to the functional and technical elements of RFIs/ RFPs
Participating in the delivery of proof of concepts
Serve as primary sales team point of contact for technical product related questions
Conveying customer requirements to product management and product marketing
Be responsible for compiling and sharing competitive information
Participating in sales strategy discussions
Participate in the development and delivery of product training to the sales team
Required Skill Sets:
6+ years of Enterprise software System Engineer sales experience
Experience selling Call Center, CRM or Performance Management software
Experience selling high value Enterprise software solutions
Proven track record with emerging company
Proven new business, new account development skills
Outstanding demonstration, presentation, and communication skills
Bachelor?s degree required
Extensive travel required
