Quantcast, a revolutionary company focused on media analytics and targeted advertising, seeks an energetic, highly capable individual to support its Senior Vice President of Sales and its national Direct Sales team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized self-starter who is able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment, maintaining ?can-do? and ?always-on? mentalities while playing an integral role in growing a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Supporting SVP of Sales in a general administrative capacity, including scheduling meetings, booking travel, tracking expenses, keeping meeting notes and managing communications
Supporting the national Direct Sales team, including scheduling external meetings (usually involving the SVP), booking travel or event planning
Assisting in planning and implementation of monthly remote sales training sessions, quarterly off-site trainings, annual Global Sales Summits, and other on & offsite meetings
Coordinating with the Salesforce Engineering team to maintain the SFDC/Sales Roadmap, manage Direct Sales team reporting, and update Direct Sales account assignments
Assisting with the sales hiring funnel as needed
Assisting other key personnel based in NY on an as-needed basis

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Experience working in online/digital media industry strongly preferred
Qualifications:
First class organizational skills, including experience serving executives and managing multiple calendars
Must be able to work at a fast pace, with a strong personal commitment to meet tight deadlines
Adaptable to an evolving environment, technology and culture
Takes pride in exhibiting a high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail
Excellent written communication skills as position interacts with executives of major clients and agencies on a regular basis.
Dedicated and proactive; anticipates needs before they arise
