As a Automotive Sales Executive for ChannelAdvisor, you will be responsible for developing relationships
with and closing new business opportunities with the leading brands in the online retail automotive andmotorsports.sector. We provide a suite of SaaS solutions which enable such retailers like Summit Racing, RidersDiscount, AutoAnything, and Tasca Automotive Group to manage their online sales activities through channelslike Amazon and eBay Motors, PriceGrabber and Shopzilla as well as Google, Yahoo and Bing. ChannelAdvisorAutomotive Sales Executives are responsible for driving revenue by managing the sales process from start to finishincluding prospecting, identifying and establishing relationships with key decision makers, product demonstrations,contract negotiations and closure of deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven closer who is accustomed to atrue strategic, consultative sales approach.The Automotive Sales Executive will work closely with the Automotive Enterprise Sales Manager to ensurerevenue forecasts and customer acquisition targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly basis. Overachievement isgenerously rewarded as our compensation plans are uncapped.-We are specifically looking for Sales Executives that have experience in the Powersports/Motorsports,Replacement Parts, performance parts and or marine vertical. In addition, a candidate bringing onlineexperience with knowledge of application/fitment data would be great.-

Essential Job Functions:
Prospect and develop pipeline of new business opportunities in order to meet quarterly targets
Manage all aspects of sales cycle including solution development, deal term negotiation, and contract closing process for new business opportunities within automotive and powersport online retailers
Grow current revenue streams within existing customer base by presenting additional ChannelAdvisor offerings in conjunction with Account Managers
Work collaboratively with various internal teams to ensure 100% customer satisfaction to ensure opportunities for additional business growth
Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate communication of such to ChannelAdvisor management utilizing Salesforce.com
Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that appropriate expectations are being established, communicated, and met
Required Skills
Proven success in managing transactions and opportunities over lengthy discovery, evaluation and implementation periods in a fast-paced and competitive market
3+ years of selling ecommerce technology
Consultative sales success in establishing effective relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders with an emphasis on closing new business
Ability to effectively communicate and convey the ChannelAdvisor value proposition utilizing tools such as GoToMeeting in addition to face to face meetings when necessary
Experience selling to retailers and manufacturers who sell direct to consumer through multiple online channels
Online marketplace (eBay Motors and Amazon) Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and other online marketing experience a plus
Proven track record of carrying and exceeding annual quota
BS or BA degree required
