Brandmuscle is a leading provider of distributed marketing tools and solutions; with an industry leading presence in the Alcohol Beverage industry. Within one of our four US based facilities we manufacture menu covers that are primarily used in the hospitality industry at bars and restaurants. We are looking to expand our sales presence to additional locations in the US.
We are looking for a Sales Executive to execute an Outside Sales approach, along with some reliance on inside sales techniques, to market our menu cover service to the thousands of bars and restaurants in the Chicago, IL market and surrounding areas.
The position pays a base salary of $30-50k + commissions on new accounts + residual commissions on all repeat business. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish a book of business and watch it grow.
Recent college graduates welcome to apply; experienced industry sales reps may achieve higher first year earnings. The ideal candidate has a strong history of inside sales success and a desire to advance to an outside sales position.
Expectations of the Sales Executive:
Utilize, maintain, and develop a complete Salesforce Data Base
Outside Sales Representative will execute a route style marketing approach to reach at least 100 accounts each month
Efforts will generate 10 new accounts per month creating residual and upfront commissions and revenue
Demonstrates strong personal selling, time management, public speaking skills
Valid Driver?s license and clean DMV record
Excellent communication skills
Experience writing simple correspondence
Strong competitive nature
Experience effectively presenting information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and fellow employees
Skilled in calculating figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Skilled in basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) functions.
Bachelor's degree in related field
A strong history of inside sales success
