Ntirety Inc., recognized by Forrester Research as a leading provider of database management services, is expanding our sales organization to meet the demand of the rapidly growing marketplace. We are currently seeking a professional, top-performing and highly motivated Sales Executive who can successfully initiate and close business with mid-size corporations, universities and government agencies. Responsibilities
The Ntirety Sales Executive is responsible for identifying, qualifying and closing sales opportunities for Ntirety Database Administration Services. Sales Executives will be assigned a discreet quota and will be held accountable for building a sales pipeline, accurately forecasting and closing business.
- Manage defined territory - meet/beat quota
- Cross sell and up sell existing customers
- Profile assigned accounts and drive outbound prospecting to generate new business
- Follow Ntiretys Customer Engagement Process to drive prospects to closure
- Use CRM (Salesforce.com) and integrated technologies to track activities
- Attend weekly territory forecast meetings and update team on progress of identified activities
- Provide input to marketing including feedback on quality of leads from marketing programs
Knowledge, Skill, Experience and Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
- Professional sales training courses preferred
- The ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, perceptive, ambitious, flexible, high energy, and able to build strong relationships
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience selling either database products, managed services or software as a service.
- Experience selling to IT Management (Manager/Director/VP)
- Track record of success in achieving and exceeding activity and sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office tools Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Experience using a CRM, i.e. Salesforce.com and online tools like GoToMeeting, LinkedIn, Jigsaw.
