Sales Executive Cypress Care

The Sales Executive role is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market including establishing new business, developing current business relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
This individual focus is to seek out the decision maker with Insurance Carriers, Third Party Administrators, Government Entities and Managed Care Organizations. This position is great opportunity for a driven hunter seeking a challenging position that operates in the mid to large prospects. This position will also be responsible for taking over lead on new sale opportunities that are passed on by direct manager.
? Develops a business plan and sales strategy to expand customer base for e Healthcare Solutions? cost containment solutions to include managed care, pharmacy benefit management and ancillary service to workers? compensation that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
? Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
? Identifying new sales opportunities and expand business in existing accounts
? Take-Over and manage existing new sale opportunities & projects designated by manager.
? Maintaining sales data in SaleForce
? Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
? Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding individual, account and product performance.
? Using tools provided by Healthcare Solutions to professionally present products to prospective and current clients and assist with RFP responses.
? Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
? Listening to and understanding the needs of the client/prospective client
? Identifying, defining and successfully navigating complex, multidisciplinary, C-Level sales processes (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CMO. etc.)
? Maintaining and sharing up-to-date knowledge of competitors
? Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
? Extensive experience in and understanding of Worker?s Compensation , market dynamics and requirements
? Strong analytical skills

? Ability to navigate at all levels of internal and external management structures
? Ability to assess ROI on new product enhancements/development

Required Education & Experience
? Bachelor's Degree or similar, preferred
? Demonstrated success consistently achieving or exceeding sales quota
? A working knowledge of worker?s compensation systems
? Excellent organization and follow through skills
? Highly motivated, and able to work independently
? Excellent communication and presentation skills to C-Suite level
? Must have the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
? Must be able to travel up to 70%
