Sales Executive CheckPoint HR
As a Human Resources Solutions Sales Executive you will seek, secure, and deliver CheckPoint HR?s powerful HRMS technology platform and HR resources to new clients. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of in-depth B2B sales skills or Human Resources, preferably in payroll, employee benefits or human resources technology in order to effectively sell our web based integrated system to the mid-sized business arena.
Job responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
Responsibility for the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
Aggressive prospecting and cold calling.
Prospecting and developing new relationships with businesses.
Assessing and identifying prospects? business needs and identifying solutions.
Conducting on site product demonstrations and kick off meetings.
Understand customer needs and requirements to ensure successful delivery.
Meet and exceed individual quotas for new customer demonstrations.
The ideal candidate must meet the following criteria.
A minimum of three (3) years of proven sales experience in B2B sales in a quota driven sales position in the technology sector or related business-to-business field.
High quota satisfaction rate.
Hunter mentality and drive.
Superior professionalism and customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Solid time management skills.
Ability to manage pipeline, contact list, opportunity details and business history.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and team oriented.
Have a proven track record of successful prospecting and closing sales.
Human resource, payroll processing, and/or employee benefit knowledge a plus.
Have a Bachelor?s Degree or business related experience.
