The Senior Account Executive develops, maintains and grows relationships with mid to large business customers needing our product and services, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Senior Account Executive is expected to creatively and actively pursue and close profitable growth opportunities with assigned sales leads as well as generate new sales leads. Focusing on customers with high-value, strategic growth opportunity, the Senior Account Executive?s most important customer interactions are face-to-face meetings.
II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively nurture and manage assigned customer relationships.
Perform market research and mine connections to generate and cultivate sales leads within the mid to large business community with the need for Silvercar products and services.
Penetrate assigned or generated sales leads through in person meetings, phone calls or other means to meet customer expectations and secure the customer relationship.
Leads all aspects of the sales process, calling upon others to assist in solution development, proposal delivery, contract development, as needed, or as directed by management.
Develops customer account plans for all assigned customers by leading a joint company/customer planning process that identifies relevant customer needs, prioritizes initiatives and company investments, and establishes a clear action plan for success.
Proactively manages customers? satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems, and monitoring satisfaction.
Manages assigned customers? transition from Business Development during customer implementation through utilization of products and services.

IV. ORGANIZATIONAL ALIGNMENT
Reports to VP, Marketing
Interacts directly with other internal marketing associates for sales support
Interacts directly with customer support to clarify and resolve customer experience issues
May interact on occasion with technology and/or product development on relaying or resolving technical issues impacting customer experience
3-5 years experience in direct, B2B sales, specifically working with corporate account lead generation, business development and deal closure
Demonstrated track record of success in the cradle to grave direct sales process
Experience in the travel, leisure and hospitality industry, preferred
Smart technology savvy
Articulate and effective presentation skills, both verbally and in writing
Effective and timely decision making skills
Ability to travel
Valid Texas driver?s license and ability to pass an MVR, drug/alcohol and criminal background screen
VI. ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Exposure to both indoor and outdoor elements on a daily basis ? commuting to and from sales appointments, entering and exiting buildings, and transportation mode during all seasons
Driving a vehicle, potentially in heavy traffic conditions, day and/or night hours, frequently, including the a ability to see with normal or correct vision
Telephone and computer work requiring normal or corrected verbal communication capabilities, including seeing and hearing
Air travel within the contiguous Unite States on occasion
Standing, sitting, lifting, bending, reaching, typing, writing - regularly
