Sales Executive Newgistics

Overview:

This position is responsible for utilizing the Newgistics Value Based Sales Process to successfully close new business opportunities for Newgisitcs. The Sales Executive has overall responsibility to lead the Newgistics team through the stages of the consultative sales process culminating in a signed contract. This position has specific revenue objectives for business from new customers.


Responsibilities:

- Identify, manage and close multi-million dollar opportunities in a consultative team selling environment
- Acting as a business consultant, demonstrate extensive knowledge and insight into prospective clients business processes while linking our offerings to the agendas of senior executives
- Developing and optimizing a sales pipeline, manage pursuit strategies focused on senior executives, and deliver new client wins
- Close new clients in existing and new market segments
- Meet and exceed minimum quota standards



Qualifications:

- Undergraduate degree required
- MBA desirable
- Minimum of 7 years experience selling to executive-level clients
- Supply Chain expertise
- Proven track record of success demonstrating the ability to reach and close senior executives and exceed quota objectives
- Strong competency and experience in selling business services or solutions, supply chain or high-end consulting services to C-level executives in the high-tech arena
- Comprehensive understanding of the consultative sales process and demonstrated ability to lead a client through such a process
- Strong project management skills and the ability to lead a pursuit team
- Effective closer with a high level of integrity and a desire to elevate selling capabilities by learning and implementing cutting-edge sales acceleration methodologies
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, interfacing with all levels within an organization
- Specific industry/channel expertise
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Power Point and Excel.
