RealMed, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a leading Internet-based portal that connects healthcare providers to healthcare payers and offers innovative eligibility and claims resolution services to providers and hospitals.The Sales Executive position, located in the Phoenix Arizona area, is responsible for developing relationships with and selling the RealMed product to large multi-physician groups, hospitals, clinics and practice management organizations. The successful candidate must possess a minimum of 3 years solution sales experience in a provider or hospital market, a proven record of success and established relationships with the healthcare community within the territory. This individual must also possess a strong competitive desire, prior experience preparing and delivering formal proposals/presentations, the ability to make decisions independently, outstanding written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills. Knowledge of practice management and/or hospital information systems, medical insurance, health care information systems and medical billing is essential. The ideal candidate would come from a clearinghouse services environment.
