This position is: Full Time
Salary: Commission only for 1st 90 days, then base plus
Responsibilities:

Prospecting, brainstorming for and presenting to new and existing prospects/clients

Creation and management of sales-centric online marketing plans for new and existing products in conjunction with Marketing team

Achieve annual and quarterly sales quota
- Identify and contact the decision makers in targeted companies
-
Qualify the needs of the prospect to determine if Our products provide a solution
-
Schedule and conduct product demonstrations to qualified prospects
-
Work with management to respond to proposal opportunities
-
Lead the development of proposals, keeping the team on track to meet the needs of the prospect
-
Schedule and present business proposal and pricing information; revise as necessary
-
Upon acceptance of a proposal, secure all required legal documents (License Agreements, Work Orders, Maintenance Agreements, etc.) from customers that purchase Our products and services

Record all initial & follow-up contact information in Our contact database on a daily basis
-
Develop and execute prospecting and follow-up correspondence as required by the our selling process

Provide status reports on all sales activities as requested by management
-
Secure opportunities for repeat purchase of our products and services with current client base

Conduct all sales activities in a manner that protects the company
-
Represent our company in a professional manner
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Extensive experience selling Web technologies and Internet related products
- Top producer that has met or exceeded quota on a consistent basis

Experienced at consultative selling and solution selling techniques
-
Strategic thinker and problem solver. Proven ability to sell strategically and compress sales cycles

Knowledgeable about business practices in the sales and marketing of considered purchases
-
Experienced at selling software products and consulting services to small and medium sized enterprises
-
Strong negotiation skills
-
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of client management
-
Knowledgeable about the Internet, brand management, information architecture and sales distribution practices

Proficient in both verbal and written communications
-
Able to create own sales presentation sales support materials
-
Self-starter that does not require training and hand holding
Requirements:
- Prior experience developing channel partner relationships.
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience.
- College degree preferred or proven success track record.
Must have prior experience selling software development services, Web technology, Web sites or intranets. Ideal candidate will have a 'rolodex' of contacts that can immediately be contacted for a demonstration of our OnDeCC system.
