Sales Executive Mu Dynamics

Mu Dynamics is looking for an experienced Account Executive with a successful record of selling to service providers (carriers and cable MSOs), large network equipment manufacturers and enterprise class software and hardware companies focused on delivering critical infrastructure within the Central region. This individual needs to be a highly driven self-starter with a passion for exceeding expectations and making challenging situations appear easy to master. We need a high-energy individual who possesses rainmaker qualities. S/he will drive initiatives and be comfortable making evangelical sales and effectively managing a complex buying process within the network equipment manufacturers in the Central US region.
Responsibilities:
Accountability for overall territory business results, including annual and quarterly bookings targets. Territory responsibility will be network equipment manufacturers (NEMs) in the Central Region
Accurate forecasting through the use of the Company?s pipeline management system, and regular forecast commitments to the VP, Sales
Develop and execute territory and strategic account plans in support of goals/objectives
Work with inside sales representative and dedicated system engineer in qualifying, creating and executing business proposal strategies for current and new customers
Identify key individuals within target accounts, build business and technical champions, and close business
Skills:
Experience/Personal Attributes as a Successful Candidate:
Leads from the front with a hunter/closer mentality
Proven success selling into the service provider/carrier/large network equipment manufacturer marketplace with active, high-level relationships within these communities
Proven track record with 5+ years of consistently meeting and exceeding quota in high-growth environment
Someone who thrives working in a highly transparent organization and models character and integrity in all of their internal and external interactions
Ability to self manage the entire sales process ? from lead generation through close
Strong desire and experience working for an early stage company
Bachelors Degree at a minimum
