Tangoe is looking for European based candidates who have a strong pipeline of contacts to help us grow our direct enterprise business. Tangoe consists of high-achieving technology and consulting sales professionals. We are passionate about advancing the company's mission to provide clients with technology-driven services that allow our customers to more effectively acquire, control, understand, and manage their fixed and mobile communications services -- and their associated costs. Tangoe is looking for focused and goal-driven individuals to join the Sales team. You must be comfortable leveraging existing relationships, generating leads, qualifying prospects, selling solutions and closing large complex sales opportunities. Experience selling into "committees" is critical. In addition, the candidate must have the ability to present and explain consulting solutions as an expert and will be called upon by the Direct Sales Channel to supplement their overall TEM solution sale.Net-new business will be the focus. This person typically works with senior IT and Finance professionals, which require strong relationship building at the onset. The person will be focused on selling consulting solutions that deliver a clear ROI and promote the value of integrating into a customers existing business IT systems and procurement processes. Candidates must have proven success in securing sales presentation opportunities, and successfully closing business. Negotiation skills are a critical as is exceptional customer focus. Candidates must be passionate about the benefits of "software as a service" and leverage solution selling skills in securing deals. Clear and confident communications skills are required for telephone, written and face-to-face settings. Candidates must have the ability to represent Tangoe with integrity and trustworthiness, while persuasively selling the benefits of best-in-class communications cost management technology and professional services. Candidates must show that they have the ability to overcome objections. Tangoe offers its sales professional a strong support network consisting of internal RFP writers, Solutions Architects, and Marketing to optimize your ability to succeed in this role. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to close. - Lead Generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow up. - Understand customer needs and requirements. - Present and articulate product/technology features and professional services offerings. - Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas. Requirements: - Extensive experience in consulting sales.- Experience with selling Professional Services - Candidates should be prepared to provide work history, including quota requirements and salary (starting and final) for each employer. - BA/BS degree preferred. - A minimum of 4 years direct selling experience in software/consulting services sales (ERP products and IT outsourcing services experience preferred). Emphasis on TEM, or Telecommunication/Communication Services. - Success selling into "committees". - Ability to effectively collaborate and work with internal RFP response team members. - Experience in closing deals in the $250K - $3M range. - Ability to manage entire sales process from prospecting through close. - Ability to close business in a high activity environment. - Excellent communications capabilities.
