451 Research, seeks a Sales Force Operations Specialist to support the sales team and increase overall client satisfaction and retention. The position will work closely with 451 Research?s sales team in addition to direct interaction with the operations team. The position is based in New York City and offers a competitive total compensation package and room for growth within the sales department of the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor?s degree with an excellent academic track record, strong communication and relationship management skills and at least five years of experience. Knowledge of the technology industry is preferred, but not an absolute requirement. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
?Develop reports and dashboards for sales operations (e.g. opportunity / pipeline reports, sales performance, etc.)
?Run regular reports for sales operations
?Train new sales team members on how to use the system
?Support sales team members ? provide primary / front line support for Alan?s team on how to use the system
?Monitor and manage data quality of sales data input (e.g. contacts, accounts, opportunities, subscriptions, quotas)
?Develop and run special / one off reports as needed to support inquiries from management

?At least 5 years closely working in an environment that used salesforce.com
?Strong Microsoft Office application skills, particularly Excel
?Operations experience preferred but not required
