Sales Lead / Director (OPD) Sierra Atlantic

Experience: Should have around 7+ years of relevant experience

Desired profile:

Successful, Dynamic and Energetic Sales leader and Business Development Manager with at least 10+ years experience in selling into Independent Software Vendors (ISV) and Enterprise IT companies in North America.
Sales leader with a strong understanding of selling key values, differentiators and global model with proven success and experience in net new business development and demonstrated revenue growth consistently in his/her tenure.
Resource should have strong technical Sales with a proven and consistent sales record in global IT and OPD services. Should have implement and execute short-term, mid-term, and long term sales strategies and business plans for our OPD (Outsourced Product Development) solutions line of business
Very adept in creating new business ideas and plans; create sales strategies with a relentless focus to grow the top-line. Individual who can lead from the front and who is an excellent team player and willing to work collaboratively with cross functional (Marketing, Engineering) leadership teams.
Should have demonstrated thought leadership and business innovation to increase sales pipeline drastically and lead and managed an inside sales/cold calling team in the US or India.
Results - Consistent in growing net new business and new pipeline
Team player who can work with cross functional teams
Global model ? Understands global model
Experience in full lifecycle of services including product conceptualization, product development, maintenance, and support
Exposure to alliances model is a big plus. Along with all the above, we need someone who comes with excellent oral and written communication skills; with ease communicate to business and engineering stakeholders

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Sales leader is responsible for selling OPD services for growth and performance of the company.

The Director will assume primary responsibility for:

Design, Code, Test and Deploy BEA / Weblogic Portal solutions

Required Skills:

Should posses good Problem solving skills
A Bachelors degree or equivalent is required
