Sales Manager - Account Development Group Domo

Direct a team of inside sales professionals to develop new business. Increase intensity and loyalty within the sales team. Analyze market segment, territory and account potential. High level of coordination with Marketing and Sales. Recommend and review new tools, applications and sales strategies for the team. Train new and existing sales personnel. Exceed quota and drive for excellence.
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the candidate will be a key-contributing member of the entrepreneurial team seeking to deploy technology and improve sales skills while increasing Sales conversions.
Responsible for the overall achievement of the sales targets within the Account Development Group, and in delivering shareholder value through rigorous pipeline management disciplines, salesmanship and business development prowess.
Deliver on ?Qualified Meeting? quotas and cultivate relationships that enable the growth and successful deployment of the solution on a large scale.
Responsible for garnering executive level support within the organization, training sales teams, coordinating technical training, providing joint sales support for key opportunities, conducting regular business reviews and ultimately creating self- sufficient sales and marketing Rain Makers
Identifies key market segments to attack. Develops a large prospect universe and easily sees potential in accounts by studying current business; interviewing key customer personnel and company personnel who have worked with customer; identifying and evaluating additional needs; analyzing prospective opportunities.
Sound knowledge, and use of reporting tools including Salesforce.com, Domo, Excel tool to ensure daily and weekly executive level reporting, and adherence to standard processes related to opportunity qualification, tracking, and distribution.
Work with direct sales management to identify qualification improvements and ensure only qualified leads are passed.
Demonstrated track record of hands-on success managing reps to exceed quota. Experience (7-10 + years) managing Inside sales or account development sales teams for category-defining products from mid stage growth to $100M+. 2-4 Years managing relevant Inside Sales/Tele Sales /Outbound Sales/Account Development sales experience.?
A go-getter with a passion for business development & Sales.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.??Motivated by individual and team achievement.??Highly organized and driven, with preferred knowledge of BI or SaaS products.??
Meet or exceed team requirements for quota output on a daily basis including; number of qualified meetings created, conversion rates to close, high contact ratios, lead conversation ratios, accepted leads ratio, etc..
An undergraduate technical or business degree. An MBA is preferred. Pluses: Sales, software development, or technical support experience. - Detail-oriented, motivated, self starter. - Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce.com).
