Manage inside/contract renewal sales representatives who are responsible for closing service sales transactions over the phone. Administer/design the inside/contract renewal representatives? sales incentive plan. Train, mentor, coach, and supervise inside/contract renewal staff. Have thorough knowledge of MegaPath's products/services. Prioritize and allocate resources. Responsible for market development, setting targets, and ensuring that revenue is generated.
