Sales Manager - Central Zonare Medical Systems
JOB SUMMARY:
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for implementing and executing the Zonare Medical Systems commercial strategy by managing sales personnel and activities to maximize profitable sales growth in a region.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive top line Regional sales results in line with business plan including defining and managing the monthly and annual sales objectives for all of the sales personnel.
Meet and exceed sales targets for the Region. Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop and drive tactical sales plans including quotas and account objectives.
The Regional Sales Manager will also be responsible for managing regional budget. Coach and manage (directly) the performance of the Sales Reps. Implement Company?s product and services marketing strategies.
Recruit, develop and retain talent in the region (e.g., selection, performance management, succession planning, development planning, retention planning, etc.).
Responsible for developing strong customer relationships within the region with key clinical and commercial stakeholders.
Execute organizational development and change. Create positive change and create an environment of team engagement and motivation. Understand, adhere to, and hold team accountable for adherence to company programs, policies and procedures (e.g. pricing models, expense reporting, compensation, healthcare compliance, etc.)
Work closely with the marketing team with regard to new product introductions and promotional activities.
Job Qualifications
Minimum Education & Experience:
A degree in Business, or equivalent work experience. At least 5 years Sales experience with successful track record in capital Equipment
Medical Device and Ultra Sound Sales experience preferred
High energy and driven to high levels of accomplishment
Proactive entrepreneurial management style
Effective communication and organizational skills at all levels
Strong work ethics
Job Skills
Individual must be motivated to work independently as well as with teams. He or she must be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately. Must be detail oriented with good written, verbal and organizational skills. PC skills including use of Windows Operating systems and MS office applications are required.
Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 40% is required.
This position requires regular visits to medical facilities. These facilities may have certain standards, which all vendor representatives must meet in order to gain access to these facilities, including the requirement for drug, background and health screening.
