The Corporate Sales Manager is a dynamic and results-oriented individual responsible for managing a team of account executives that identify, sell, and close new Digital Media business. The ideal candidate for this position will have a sophisticated knowledge of inside sales management and success of driving revenue while expanding an inside sales team.
The Corporate Sales Manager will have a proven sales track record of reaching and exceeding quotas through development and motivation of a sales team

Responsibilities:
Recruiting, hiring, training, & expanding established sales team
Meeting revenue objectives, managing and developing account executives and managing sales processes, and reporting
Responsible for observing and leading sales calls, coaching employees to optimize results and intervening to resolve performance problems
Responsible for providing guidance and support & develop account executives' skill sets by coaching, demonstrations, training, preparation and planning reviews, post contact analysis, etc.
Oversee & evaluate team performance metrics
Collaborate with cross functional partners, including Sales, Product Management, and Engineering, to ensure the timely delivery of client solutions
Administers performance reviews and takes corrective action as necessary
Work closely with Sales Management team on go-to-market strategy across multiple vehicles and see those strategic plans through to successful completion
Forecasting and reporting of team?s revenue (command of Salesforce a plus)
Requirements:
Candidate must have current inside sales, sales management, or team lead experience
Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to lead team
Highly organized and able to multi-task an extremely fast paced environment
Candidate must possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written). This role interacts with clients and vendors on a daily basis.
Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to successful and timely delivery
