The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of inside sales professionals in their effort to consistently make quota. We are a rapidly growing cloud-based software company in need of a highly motivated manager & self-starter who enjoys engaging new prospects, demoing software, managing and coaching a team, and helping to grow our business.
The Inside Sales Manager will work closely with the broader team and is an experienced deal closer & coach. Significantly, he/she will drive sales training and ensure that the sales team is excellent across all levels ? from forecasting to coverage to generating demand to closing new business.

Lead a team of inside sales reps. Manage sales productivity, lead team meetings, run & oversee a world-class sales training program, and be responsible for team quota
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota
Support direct reports by participating in and leading customer and prospect calls
Develop sales team which includes training new reps on sales processes, product, prospecting, & best practices
Conduct forecast meetings and coach direct reports regarding strategies to drive closure
Report on sales activity and forecast. Responsible for data hygiene of leads, opportunities, accounts, calls, and pipeline
Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results
Use marketing tools and Salesforce.com CRM system to manage prospective customers and assign leads to team members
Target and identify sales opportunities for sales team
Drive deals to closure
Communicate how we can help prospects & customers grow and improve their business processes
Become a product expert. Learn the ins & outs of our product so you are able to fluently build demos and coach the team on product
Adhere to all security policies, standards and procedures in the performance of job duties
Participate in security training we provide
Report any potential security weakness, exposure or suspicious indications to manager
5 - 8+ years in frontline business-to-business sales success
2-3+ years of successful sales management experience
Proven ability to meet and exceed a sales quota consistently
BS/BA from a reputable college or university preferred
Proven success in selling software/technology
Excellent presentation and listening skills
Ability to thrive in a very fast paced environment
Ability to hire and train new sales representatives
Detail & results oriented. Excels in forecasting, generating demand, covering accounts, and executing deals to closure.
Passion to evangelize powerful new technologies and new ways of doing business
Ability to quickly learn about our web-based software solutions and how these can meet customer needs
Ability to navigate company contacts to find the right point of sale. Terrific networker
