Sales Manager Modular Space Corporation
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED ModSpace seeks a Sales Manager to lead a small team in the growth of new business and key strategic accounts within the Jacksonville, Florida "panhandle" market including Tallahassee and Savannah, GA.
This role is based in the Jacksonville, FL ModSpace location.
This is a hands-on management role also responsible for sales production which represents a nice opportunity for an early sales manager to demonstrate his or her ability to:
Identify appropriate markets for business growth
Develop team strategy to penetrate market
Coach and develop a sales team to achieve target objectives
Personally deliver revenue and margin objectives
Day to day responsibilities may include:
Delivering one on one consultative coaching to drive continuous improvements in prospecting and business development activities and groom internal prospects for growth
Analyzing local market opportunities against inventory and capital budget
Collaborating with Operations management to marry sales objectives with fleet and budgetary objectives
Developing specific account management plans with the sales team to deliver customer value, increased share of market, profitable revenue growth, and desirable utilization of fleet
Analyzing key sales metrics to drive improvements in sales productivity
Prospecting and selling to deliver personal targets in revenue and margin generation
A suitable candidate should have:
A Bachelor?s degree
3+ years of personal B2B sales experience with consistent demonstrated success closing deals
Technical sales preferred
1+ years managing a team of outside sales representatives to a measurable level of success
Regular use of SalesForce.com or a similar CRM over the last 4 years as a tool to increase productivity
Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
A solid awareness of FL construction requirements such as wind loads, etc. is strongly preferred
All ModSpace team members must have:
PC Proficiency in a Windows environment with MS Office Suite
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation and organizational skills
A drive to provide world-class customer service
The highest levels of integrity
Regular travel to Savannah and Tallahassee is required.
