We are currently looking for nothing less than a rock star to be our next Sales Manager in our NY office as a key member of the Sales team.
Job Description:

We are a SaaS based cloud computing start-up that is growing exponentially and in need of a Sales Manager for our downtown, NY location.
This role supports the company?s sales goals by implementing sales plans and supervising a team of sales reps. Manage, motivate and mentor a team of sales reps in a quota based inside sales role. The right candidate for this role has a successful track record of selling Technology services in a B2B environment. He or she will understand the importance of managing the day to day process and in conjunction with our Sales training program, be instrumental in developing reps to successfully meet and exceed monthly quota. Monitor rep activity; call volume, conversion/ closing rate, sales goals, territory management and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Hire, Train and Manage a team of Sales Reps
Develop reps at various levels to achieve and exceed monthly quotas
Create Metrics for monthly objectives
Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and creative incentives
Regularly report on Team/Individual results ? Lead quantity, quality and revenue
Work closely with Sales reps and Customer Experience to ensure proper follow-up
Requirements:
Bachelor degree required
Proven track record of successfully managing people to achieve performance goals
Five plus years of experience in software sales, preferably in CRM or SaaS, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations
Outstanding communication, organization and time management skills
