Sales Manager (Not a Manager of Staff) Noesis Energy
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Noesis Energy is seeking a Sales Manager to find, qualify and close sales opportunities in all regions and target markets. This role requires no travel, and is a great opportunity to be part of a growing and energetic team in a startup environment and exciting space.
The Sales Manager is primarily responsible for ownership of a sale, from prospecting to close. This person will move leads through the sales process; will find and qualify leads, give web-based presentations, deliver proposals and quotes and close deals.
--Handles inbound/outbound calls from businesses that express interest in our product(s) and
uses sales, negotiation and closing skills to conduct and close a sale
--Conducts sales presentations within a GoTo Meeting environment
--Effectively able to generate, qualify leads and assess their value
--Drive Qualified Opportunities through the Sales Process
oArticulate the Noesis value proposition, now and as it evolves
oPrepare and deliver proposals and quotes
oConduct sales presentations and product demonstrations over the Internet
--Navigates through complex systems and sales cycles, which may require manual work around
or diverting from scripts, yet staying within compliance guidelines
--Track all activity, contacts, accounts and opportunities in salesforce.com
--Effectively manage pipeline and meet aggressive revenue and conversion goals
--At least 5 yrs proven phone sales experience, with success delivering against quota
--Strong prospecting skills and experience using sources like Hoovers, LinkedIn etc.
--Experience selling SaaS-based technology solutions
--Experience with CRM solutions and capturing lead lifecycle within the system
--Solid understanding of online media and advertising business models
--Ability to work independently, be self-motivated and driven
--Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines
--Strong Oral & Written Communication skills
--Bachelors degree required
