Directly build and manage team of 8-10 Business Sales Executives (Account Executives) responsible for selling integrated voice, data, and internet services to potential clients. Responsible for managing a portion of the sales efforts to raise visibility and market penetration in order to meet and exceed monthly revenue objectives
Motivate/Lead/Coach Business Sales Executives to meet performance objectives. Monitor KPIs (Key Performing Indicators) to: (1) reward positive performance; or (2) recognize immediate coaching opportunities and appropriate corrective action with underperforming Account Executives.
Understand your team?s strength and each team member?s ability as you build, enable, deploy, retain, recruit and inspire the team to reach and exceed set goals ? every time!
Orchestrate simultaneous activities to accomplish goals
Become a MegaPath sales process and system management expert with ability to utilize MegaPath?s evaluation and tracking systems to accurately and timely report sales numbers, monthly forecasts and any other required information. Develop and implement necessary plan or program to improve sales performance and productivity
Manage sales efforts to support marketing and business development initiatives
Embrace, contribute and assist the vision and direction of the MegaPath Sales organization
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
2-3 years? experience successfully building and managing sales teams
Experience with short sales cycle closings via web sites and telephone sales
Strong analytical skills with a high degree of professionalism, enthusiasm and integrity
Proven ability to implement and communicate sales objectives
Ability to motivate, engage and drive sales opportunities in a positive and dynamic way
Effective team building and management experience that maximizes team and individual results through empowerment and accountability
Record of accomplishment and results. Ability to drive execution of business objectives
Experienced in initiating and developing objectives; experienced in taking ownership and responsibility of all produced outcomes
Ability to represent and exemplify MegaPath values at all times
Ability to prioritize customer?s needs, address their concerns, remove obstacles, seek feedback and issue resolution
