Job Description
Responsible for sales in a territory designated by the VP of sales;
Direct market prospecting in concert with engineers;
Product proficient knowledge regarding multiple product lines;
Generate account, contact updates as well as competitor information on company database;
Report on competition sales and product activities to the VP of Sales;
Prepare sales and forecasting projections for approval by VP of Sales;
Deliver agreed sales and revenue targets;
Attendance at trade shows as required;
Develop best customer practices and exceed their expectations;
Keep the VP of Sales informed on any issues which impact sales effectiveness and customer relations;
Ensure regular visits made to customers in a planned and cost effective manner; and
Maintain close contact and foster relationships with the major key accounts.
Education Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Engineering with five (5) years of experience in the job offered.
