Core Deliverables & Responsibilities:
Assist new subscribers throughout their subscription
Contact a high volume of expired and cancelled accounts each day via outbound telephone calls to determine their reasons for non-renewal
Close and/or refer potential sales opportunities
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual performance objectives
Develop and maintain sophisticated knowledge of DocuSign?s products and services
Efficiently maintain CRM database of customer contacts, leads and follow-ups
Position Requirements:
3 or more years of sales and account management experience, preferably within Small and Medium Businesses
Solid sales methodologies used to prospect within the account, consult with the client on business issues, create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales
Experience using sales force automation tools, preferably Salesforce.com
Experience using Microsoft Office desktop tools
The candidate will have excellent presentation, verbal and written communications skills
Demonstrated ability to provide accurate, timely reports and forecasts as needed by management
Demonstrated excellent activities management and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively (exempt position)
Strong teamwork skills, proven self-motivation and passion for their profession
Impeccable business ethics with polished and professional personal sales presentation skills
Education / Training / Certification:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred and/or equivalent experience in Account Management is desired.
