MeetingOne is looking for a sales and marketing coordinator to handle a wide range of responsibilities crucial to the successful execution of our marketing campaigns and partnership opportunities. This positon will support the company?s sales team the solution sales life cycle and will be responsible for managing the sale process, the flow of prospective business through the sales funnel, leveraging corporate marketing and identifying up-sell opportunities. The ideal candidate can handle a variety of marketing tasks as well as manage overall project deliverables and deadlines. They must have good communication skills and be able to thrive in a fast-changing, entrepreneurial environment.
3-4 years of marketing experience
Sales Force CRM Administration skills highly preferred
Previous experience with Marketing Automation highly desired
Technologically literate with strong computer skills including Internet, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint (Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Captivate a plus)

Coordinate web seminar events, including interacting with guest speakers, editing Power Point presentations, creating email templates.
Assist with lead generation campaigns and other marketing campaign execution, including working with web designer, graphic designer and Sales to ensure that information is shared and deadlines are met.
Create content for landing pages and other marketing materials to support sales team requirements.
Research potential vendors to assist with programs as needed.
Conduct research to help identify new marketing campaigns and partnerships.
Research competitive offerings and activities.
Assist the team during the pre-sales activities and processes including deals registrations, renewal data entry, Forwarding Collateral, Drafting Proposals, RFP responses.
Administer Sales Force CRM from a marketing and sales data standpoint.
Follow-up with clients and prospects for scheduling appointments, contact info update for satisfaction checkpoint.
Maintain Sales Calendar of Meetings and Actions for follow-up with Sales regarding the action items and status.
Assist the team during post sale activities and processes including Contract Routing, sales order processing, Contract Summaries, and Operational Systems updates.
Maintain centralized shared site for proposal and contracts.
Maintain sales and marketing collateral.
Coordinate and/or support pre and post sales activities such as trade shows, conferences, and client meetings including managing tight deadlines and legal paperwork.
Execute other tasks to assist with the day-to-day operation of the department including: assistance with PowerPoint presentations and general administrative support for the team including faxing, mail, copies, expenses report, and sales collateral.
