Sales & Marketing Coordinator - Higher Education Carnegie Learning

We are seeking a highly organized and driven candidate to be our Sales & Marketing Coordinator within our Higher Education Team. This position is located in the Pittsburgh office and is a central to the success of the team. In this fast paced position, you will work closely with the Higher Education Sales Managers as well as some customers and also with colleagues in all departments throughout our company.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate view of sales opportunities and associated product detail
Participate in forecast calls
Track progress compared to quarterly bookings and revenue goals and inform management of potential gaps as necessary
Ability to negotiate with account managers in order to provide clear sales forecast visibility
Provide standard weekly product and service forecast pipeline reports
Prioritize workload in order to manage internal and external customer requirements in a timely manner
Assist in business process improvements for the Sales team
Gather information and details about potential clients via phone and web
Create, coordinate and execute creative marketing initiatives
Work with marketing department and outside sources to deliver marketing campaigns
Process sales orders
Update team activity in our ERP
Help establish appointments for regional account managers based upon travel schedules
Setting up demo accounts for potential clients
Providing demonstrations to customers

Requirements

Bachelors degree in a business related field
1-3 years experience in a business environment
Excellent communication skills both oral and written, must have comfort calling potential and existing customers
Knowledgeable with Oracle or other ERP tools
Proficient use of software tools such as Excel, Word, and ERP
Knowledge of Carnegiel Learning products is preferred but not required
