Sales & Marketing Coordinator Invoke Solutions
Invoke Solutions, a leader in online market research is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated person to take on the role of Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Reporting to the SVP, Sales & Marketing, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be an integral part of the team and play a hands-on role in delivering sales and marketing programs to help drive qualified leads. The Sales & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing and managing ongoing programs to generate awareness of Invoke Solutions and support the outside sales team.
Responsibilities include:
?Develop and execute tactical and strategic plans to deliver revenue and growth objectives
?Contribute innovative ideas to the marketing strategy to deliver a competitive advantage
?Creation and ongoing support of inbound and outbound marketing programs including email, direct mail, conference/trade show sponsorships, webinars and other virtual events, social media, Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC), videos and advertising to generate net new sales leads
?Contribute to the development and updates of company and product collateral including brochures, white papers, case studies, presentations, demonstrations and website content
?Competitive Intelligence gathering looking at materials of competitors, how they position themselves, and how we can position our USP
?Maintain and update company website
?Monitor and maintain Customer Relationship Management System (CRM)
?Build strong relationships with the sales team and develop and refine campaigns that help them achieve their revenue goals
Desired Skills & Experience:
?3-5 years? experience developing and executing demand generation programs for a B2B technology and services company, preferably in the SaaS space
?Excellent PowerPoint creation and presentation skills
?Previous sales/sales administration experience a strong plus
?Experience with Zoho CRM software a plus
?Demonstrated ability to work in a fun, fast-paced and entrepreneurial atmosphere
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent
