The role of the Sales Operations Administrator will be to ensure the continued delivery of innovative, high quality solutions to meet the business needs of a growing international sales department. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Operations Administrator are the overall ownership, development, configuration, and efficient management of our Salesforce.com CRM, as well as managing applications and integrations with SaaS platforms including BigMachines, DocuSign, Brainshark, OpenAir, Marketo and Intacc.
The Sales Operations Administrator will independently develop, test, and release system configurations, including validation rules, custom fields, custom objects and workflow automations.
Build customized solutions in Salesforce.com and associated systems that support business requirements and processes.
Work with Bullhorn across functional departments to understand their business processes and related touch points for end-to-end sales operations.
Translate business requirements into logical designs and then implement them independently or with sales operations team members.
Regularly perform data updates including record de-duping, reassignment and standardization.
Manage and prioritize ongoing support requests and administrative needs of users
Develop processes and dashboards for Sales Operations to continuously monitor data quality.
Help develop training materials for new user system adoption and ongoing training sessions.
Monitor user adoption rates and recommend user training or system modifications to improve
Work with Sales Operations to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage SFDC
Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including significant work in Apex, VisualForce, application integration and data migration.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; at least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator supporting sales, preferably in the software industry.
Strong technical understanding of Salesforce.com, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Experience designing, developing, and deploying new processes and easy to follow documentation.
High level of proficiency with sales quote generating tools; BigMachines experience preferred.
Strong data analysis and transformation abilities using Excel and Data Loader.
Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environment with confidence.
Clear understanding of sales pipeline/order management process.
Excellent interpersonal and diplomacy skills; ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels and cross functionally and effectively manage differences of opinions.
Strong sense of urgency, including the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and set priorities.
