Summary of Job Responsibilities:
Cytel would like to invite independent, customer service oriented individuals to apply for the position of Sales Operations Administrator. You will be responsible for the day to day administration and support of a high energy global sales team by processing sales orders and invoices, creating software quotations and resolving non technical customer service issues. You will also be responsible for acting as the liaison between the customer and Cytel's technical support team by logging and tracking technical customer service requests and insuring their timely resolution. To excel in this position, you must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, plan and manage your time effectively, and pay strict attention to the details.
Responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, software delivery and invoicing for all customer orders
Prepare software renewal quotations for non academic customers
Liaison between the customer and Cytel's support team for technical customer service issues
Log and track customer service requests while also insuring a timely response to our customers
Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and intelligent and appealing phone personality
Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and MS Outlook
High energy with a strong aptitude for supporting a global sales team
Strong knowledge of Salesforce.com, particularly developing and generating reports
Experience working with Quickbooks or other ERP system
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently
Strong customer service skills in a client facing role
Exposure to Sarbannes Oxley compliance highly desirable
