PlayNetwork is looking for a one-of-a-kind Sales Operations Analyst that is always willing to go the extra mile to help the team succeed and find creative ways to get sales automation, reporting and cross departmental communication challenges solved in an efficient manner. This fun, challenging and business critical position will provide high quality professional support to the North American Sales Department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following is a list of general job responsibilities for the Sales Operations Manager position. This list is not all-inclusive and may be broadened or changed to meet changing business needs. CRM and Sales Information Management
Maintain CRM and sales automation systems (Salesforce.com) for the Sales Departments;
Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports in collaboration with regional directors;
Support Quarterly Board of Director Reporting Requirements;
Act as the Sales Department liaison with Marketing Department for sales promotions, leads and web portal updates and maintenance.
Act as the Sales Department liaison with data and IT support departments including Business Applications, Enterprise Resource Management, and Financial Planning & Analysis groups.
Act as a point of data coordination amongst all sales channels.
Contract Administration and Compliance
Manage required contract administration processes for the Sales
Departments; Act as the Sales Department Liaison to the Corporate Contract Administrator;
Ensure Sales Department compliance with Contract Administration requirements.
Finance, Accounting and Budget Support
Support monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting process and requirements;
Responsible for expense management and budgeting, in compliance with appropriate financial policies;
Travel, Meetings, Special Events and Regional Office Support
Maintain travel schedules; schedule itinerary and make travel arrangements for all trips.
Organize and coordinate all internal and external meetings, including: invitations, hotel and meeting room(s) bookings, restaurants, budget tracking and time-line.
Act as the Sales Department liaison to Corporate Facilities for matters pertaining to the operation of field offices.
Manage all administrative needs of the department i.e. expense reports, travel arrangements, coordination of department meetings and trainings, point person for questions and directions, and calendar management.
Lead the creation and accurate dissemination of all communication within the current Department infrastructure.
Serve as primary liaison with internal staff at all levels, ensuring seamless coordination;
Maintain key departmental functions: Team Meetings Agendas, 1:1 schedules, vacation schedules;
Maintain filing for the department;
Direct people to appropriate sources for expedient follow-through;
Compile and organize critical client account information;
Partner with other key departments to support Sales Department required
Assist in drafting correspondence and facilitate resolution of matters requiring attention;
Co-create and edit presentation materials and tools, coordinate presentation AV needs.
Notary responsibilities including lien waivers pertaining to International and/or any export documents.
Plan and coordinate efforts for the execution of annual Sales meetings/conferences including logistics, meeting space, presentation equipment and food/entertainment.
Participate in key staff meetings to take minutes and ensure appropriate and responsive follow-up and accountability;
Manage a broad range of short and long term projects;
Serve as the secondary contact in reception area to receive and interact with incoming visitors and back up the Receptionist when they are out of the office
?Bachelor?s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7-10 years of similar experience;
Experience with Salesforce.com Administration, Maintenance and Reporting;
Advanced computer skills using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio/ Power Point, Outlook)
Prefer Mac experience and knowledge of its filing systems, email integration, Excel, Word, Keynote, PowerPoint and other tools. Ideally, have the ability to move back and forth from a PC to a Mac and support an Executive Team that uses both systems.
