Sales Operations Administrator
The Sales Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting continued operations of Salesforce.com primarily in Sales, but also in alignment with other departments. He/she will enable continuous improvement of Salesforce and support by enabling and aiding adoption by users, instituting appropriate security, identifying new functionality, assisting the field with reports and queries and driving automation to increase efficiency in business processes.
Work closely with sales management, business analysts, developers and vendors in the design, configuration & build of the SFDC instance
Provide customized solutions through the use of system triggers, workflow, formulae and automations
Increase efficiencies through effective management of SFDC capabilities, capacity and storage
Design and maintain complex user roles, security, profiles, workflows rules, etc.
Ensure data integrity through the appropriate use of de-duping and data loading tools for bulk imports of data
Assist users with report, query and dashboard creation
Manage and maintain reports, dashboards, email templates, etc.
Maintain and support custom objects, fields, applications, etc.
Create and maintain the Sales Operations Handbook
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Skills:
3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator for Enterprise edition performing the following tasks:
Experience with data cleansing and import of large volumes of data
Experience managing multiple users? security setup profiles, roles, etc.
Ability to coordinate with internal developers and SFDC professional services to provide solution suggestions and constructive feedback
Keen attention to detail and complex problem solving abilities from operational and technical perspective
Experience documenting and analyzing processes, procedures, and/or policies, ideally having previously created Sales Operations Manuals
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and engage supervisor as needed
Bachelor?s degree in technical or business discipline
SFDC Administrator Certification required
