LegalZoom.com is seeking a Sales / Operations Analyst to join our Sales team. The position will have the responsibility of managing and reporting on a wide range of data, largely focused on Sales and Operations. We are looking for a highly-motivated self-starter who is extremely analytical, loves data, and is dynamic enough to learn and support a variety of business functions.
What you?ll do:
Prepare routine sales and operational reports.
Oversee and develop sales reporting systems and tools from various data sources.
Develop and maintain key performance, operational and service metrics for all sales teams and individuals.
Research and develop commission processes for sales teams.
Support sales teams with ROI and testing analysis.
Develop and QA new reporting for the sales teams.
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and other business metrics and trends.
Mentor and train junior analysts.
Advanced Excel skills.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SalesForce reporting and commissions calculations.
Quantitative, with strong attention to detail and high degree of comfort with large volumes data and different sources.
Strong interpersonal skills with focus on teamwork, with the ability to interact with different teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with highly motivated team members.
Strong worth ethic with ability to perform in a self-managed environment - must be good at multi-tasking
Familiarity with databases (e.g. SQL or Access)
Bachelor's Degree and two years of work experience
